DKW-4160
A water-based, semi-permanent mold release agent designed for use in the molding of various peroxide cured elastomers such as EPDM, FKM, and silicone. It is especially effective in the molding of difficult long rod silicone insulators. DiamondKote DKW-4160 has high slip characteristics which allows for easier release and less flex during part removal in this application.
